  1. What do I think? Excellent! Extremely valuable! The most succinct explanation of these song characters that I’ve seen. Keep ’em coming as fast as you can.

    The Black-chinned Sparrow song is especially instructive — a song I’ve heard now and then but never truly studied before.

    I’m writing a short article about proposed species status for “Lilian’s” Meadowlark, and I’ll mention your timely discussion of the vocalizations.
